At Compex, we are committed to your recovery and performance; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and include all electrodes, sensors, and cables.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Compex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the device and all accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship to Recovery HQ
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of your device, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
